ASARI RAMEN
Short necked clam infused w/butter and topped with scallions and nori. This ramen is shio (salt) based.

GYUU RAMEN
Rich shoyu (soy) based ramen with thinly sliced beef, poached egg, onions and pickled ginger.

NIPPORI RAMEN
Soybean powder and rich coconut milk infused ramen. Toppings include mild spiced chicken stew, cilantro, boiled egg and red onions.

SUTAMINA RAMEN
Spicy miso and soy flavored ramen that is prepared w/thinly sliced pork belly, leeks, scallions and a poached egg.

TAN TAN MEN
Award winning ramen. Bold sesame infused ramen dish w/mild spiced ground pork and scallions.

TONKOTSU RAMEN
Our original “Tonkotsu” pork bone broth w/thin noodles. Toppings include boiled egg, charshuu pork, scallions and nori (seaweed).
